Bill Putman III has been hunting with his Dad since the age of 5.  He is an avid hunter and fisherman who is versed in hunting and lake front property.  Bill has had the opportunity to develop many properties with tree plotting, CRP set asides, mineral rights, and food plots for various animals such as pheasant, turkey, bear and whitetail. He started out with commercial real estate dealing with national tenants and decided that combining his love and knowledge of the outdoors with his real estate experience would be a great combination to bring to the recreational home front. Bill also belongs to many groups throughout Michigan including salmon and walleye fisheries, to pheasant and whitetail preservation. 

Bill is a trustworthy individual who believes in the three F’s: Faith Family and Friends.  His first priority is our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ who without Him nothing is possible.  Next is his family who he has involved in all aspects of his life including his real estate projects and next is his friends, which he considers all those he deals with and meets in the real estate fields.
