The property has woods along the north and west sides. The eastern edge and through the middle of the acreage have some gorgeous white pines. Could be the location for building your new cabin or park your camper and enjoy getting away from it all. Power is available at the county road front and would need to be run back to the property.

The property doesn't have an actual address, but 2681 Lucinda Dr. Prescott may get you close enough to see the real estate sign. GPS isn't very accurate in this area. Gated easement is on north side of Lucinda Dr., about 1/2 mile west of Henderson Lake Rd.
