Now here's a heck of a location for your new home or hunting cabin. 4 fully wooded acres, corner lot location with frontage on a couple quiet gravel roads. Power runs across the front of the property. Your only a mile off M-20 and right smack dab in between Midland and Mt Pleasant. Hundreds of acres of state land for your exploring and hunting are a quarter mile north or west from this property. So yeah, pretty much wander out the front door, coffee in hand, and head to the deer woods. When you need a break from all the wandering around, jump in the truck and head into Midland for a Loons ballgame. You could also head west about 10 miles to the Soaring Eagle Casino complex and try your luck. Some nice golf courses in the area to swing the sticks, too.

The property is a great mix of oaks, maples, poplars and a few white pines. Age structure of the trees is "younger," most of them are in the 5 to 9 inch diameter. They should be around and dropping acorns for a lot of years. Good sign from deer, turkey, and small game roaming and bedding on the property. Wandering down the road front, I ran into quite a few sets of tracks going back and forth across the road.

The lot does have a little bit of roll to it and appears to be a mostly sandy type soil. Great for tracking back into the cabin and getting told to take off your shoes before you head into the kitchen for snacks. Yeah, I've had a little experience with that scenario.
